Tyson Fury's wife Paris responds to claim she hasn't spoken to fighter for three months

Tyson Fury's wife Paris has broken her silence and has addressed her husband's comments that the pair have had no communication for three months.

'The Gypsy King' is currently in the final stages of preparations for his mouthwatering sequel with Oleksandr Usyk - which is scheduled to take place on Saturday night in Riyadh. Back in May, the Ukrainian became the first man to beat Fury in the professional ring as he scored a split-decision win.

With the rematch just days away, Fury appears to be locked in and has recently made a stunning admission. "I’ll end his career, this will be, you’ll never hear about Oleksandr Usyk again after this," he told Queensberry Promotions. "It’s been a long camp, hasn’t seen my wife and kids in three months. I haven’t spoken to [my wife] at all in three months. Not one word, sacrificed a lot. But it’ll all be worth it, 100 per cent."

Following Fury's comments, Paris has now broken her silence. She shared a clip from Tyson's interview on her official Instagram page, captioning the story: "People don't see the sacrifices made. I've let him solely concentrate on this fight. It seems like he's been gone forever, especially with no contact. But if it's what he needs."

Tyson, a father of seven, recently revealed Paris suffered a devastating just a day before he walked to the ring for his defeat by the Ukrainian earlier this year - with his wife breaking the news when he returned home to Morecambe. "I had to make the ­decision, do I tell him? And I came to the conclusion that whatever was happening with me, I couldn’t change it. But I could change dramatically what was happening in his life,” Paris told the Mirror. "I made up a lie that I had high blood pressure. It was the only thing I could think of that would stop me from flying without having to give him the terrible news.”

Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk are set to lock horns again on December 21 with the Brit attempting to avenge his defeat by the Ukrainian in May. Victory for Fury could also set up a huge domestic showdown with bitter rival Anthony Joshua next year

Tyson offered to send a private jet to fly Paris to Saudi Arabia, and later suggested he knew something was wrong when she declined but he "didn’t want to believe it”. Paris said she "knew there was a problem” during the gender scan when she could not see a heartbeat "flickering” on the screen.

"The sonographer said to me, ‘I’m really sorry, Paris, there’s no heartbeat.’ I jumped up, started to cry, and said, ‘No, hold on, hold on. No, no, wait,’ and went all frantic,” she told the newspaper. Paris then informed Tyson when arrived back home following the fight with Usyk. "At the time it feels like your world is ripped to pieces,” Paris added. "But I know everyone can get through it. And what is so traumatic one day, becomes a memory. You know, you had that little piece of life, even if it’s such a short time. Mentally I’m at ease with what went on. Physically, I’m OK."
